Is natural rubber safe for my cat?
Yes! Natural rubber is a sustainable, non-toxic alternative to synthetic plastics. However, as with any pet toy, we recommend supervised play and suggest replacing the toy if any parts become detached.
How do I clean the SWABS cat toys?
Because the toy contains organic catnip, we recommend wiping the rubber surface with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the toy in water or put it in the washing machine, as this will degrade the catnip potency.
Does the rubber have a strong smell?
Since we use natural rubber, there may be a faint, natural scent initially. However, it is completely non-toxic and is usually masked by the scent of the organic catnip, which cats find irresistible.
