  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

  • Force Majeure: The Company is excused from performance delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or labor strikes.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk for purchased items transfer to the buyer upon our delivery to the third-party carrier.

  • Survival: Provisions involving ongoing obligations shall survive the termination of this agreement.
